Place all the items and the form into the prepaid Royal Mail Special Delivery bag and take this to your local Post Office, where you will be given a receipt for your items.
Our packs are insured in case of loss or damage, before it is received in our office, up to the value of £500.
If you believe your items are valued at above that, then please request more than one envelope when completing the form.
Alternatively you can opt to purchase additional insurance, at your cost, direct from your local Post Office.

All packages will be opened under CCTV surveillance and in the event of a discrepancy; the CCTV footage will be reviewed.

How we value your items
• When you items are received we will notify you via email. Our expert staff will then weigh and assess the carat of your items.
• You agree that as part of the process we may be required to test your gold to validate its authenticity.
• By agreeing to the testing, you confirm that you understand that the process may result in a small mark appearing on your gold. This mark may affect the value of your gold should you wish it to be returned to you for sale elsewhere.
• If you do not wish your gold to be tested then please do not use this service.
• If we cannot validate the authenticity of your items, you will be contacted via telephone and your items will be returned to you using Royal Mail Registered post.
• On occasions, items that are received by us may have a retail value that is higher than the price given based on weight and carat. Should this arise we will advise you, during the offer process, that the offer made is based on the resale value and that by accepting the offer you agree that the item(s) may be re-sold in one of our branches.
Offer method and duration
Following valuation of your items we will contact you via telephone to discuss the price offered. At this stage we will fully disclose the weight, carat and/or resale value if applicable.
The offer we make to you is for the entire item i.e. an item may have gemstones as part of the setting. Cashpoint UK will not return gemstones and/or other materials to you as part of the offer. However, should the offer be declined by you then we will return the entire item.
Once an offer has been made and accepted, we will provide you with all the relevant details via email. Upon return confirmation and acceptance to our terms of purchase we will then process the payment to you.
If acceptance of the offer is not received, we will attempt to make contact with you again via email after 48 hours.
