• Your order will be ready for collection at the chosen branch until close of business.Orders are accepted subject to stock and denomination availability at the chosen branch.
• The current day’s exchange rate applies to web orders placed between 9 am and 5pm Monday to Sunday for collection the same day. For orders placed outside these hours, we reserve the right to apply the prevailing web rate at the time of collection
• Please note that branch rates and VIP Customer rates may vary from online reserve and collect rates. Online rates will only apply upon presentation of an order reference number which states the collection day & branch. All orders are taken in good faith subject to T&C and stock availability at the selected branch with no contractual obligation
• Please print out and present order confirmation to the relevant branch or quote booking reference number.

• ID requirement - For collections of £3000 or more = Valid Passport or Photo Driving Licence. £5000 or more = Valid Passport or Driving Licence and proof of address dated within the last three months, £10,000 or more = Valid Passport or Valid Driving Licence, Proof of Address dated Within the Last Three Months and Source of Funds.
